Appalachian Tightlining is Mountain Bear Fly Companies adventures in tightline fly fishing in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and beyond within the Appalachian Mountain region. Offering interviews with some of the regions best fly fishers , the history of fly fishing within the park including long mono leaders, nymphing, highsticking, wet flies and tightline dry fly tactics. We'll talk to biologist and land managers to learn more about the biodiversty of the area and what we can do to preserve it. We’ll even throw in some Tenkara to really rile up the locals.
